PLAYFUL HATHA FLOW YOGA | 75min

WHAT DO YOU GET?   
This is a full spectrum hatha flow yoga class: we will practice yoga postures, breathing work and meditation. Lets move your body, ease your mind and expand the happy feeling within you.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?   
Everyone who enjoys a full spectrum and playful yoga class, often uplifted by my favorite music bits and lots of yoga, love and laughter.

LEVEL
All levels are welcome. If you are totally new to yoga, I recommend you sign up for the beginner yoga workshop or book a few yoga private classes to learn the important basics, which won’t be covered in this class.

 

RELAX!

Yin Yoga, Breath work & MEDITATION | 75min

WHAT DO YOU GET?   
This is a slow and relaxing yoga class, where we work a lot with breathing to calm the mind and relax the body on a super deep level. Especially yin yoga where we hold the poses for a longer period of time and fascia yoga on massage balls are helpful to release tensions. If you would like to learn more on how to soften your tensions and surrender fully to what is, this class is perfect for you.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?   
Anyone who experiences tension in their body. The roll & release technique with the massage balls works on breaking down scar tissue and relaxing the muscles and fascia. Combined with yin yoga, calming breathing work, meditation and mindfulness exercises, this class is perfect to end a busy day with full-on relaxation.

CONNECT!

PREGNANCY YOGA | 75 min

WHAT DO YOU GET?     
In this class pregnant women (from 12 weeks pregnant until birth) enjoy adapted yoga movement, breathing work and deep relaxation.

Pregnancy yoga is a really beautiful option to nourish the two of you by connecting and breathing with your unborn child. Also, it helps to release pregnancy-related aches or pains and is a great tool to prepare for labor and birth.

A wonderful side effect: You meet new mummies-to-be from the area and you may share helpful tips and ideas with each other.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?  
If you are pregnant from 12 weeks until birth you are more than welcome to join this class

BONDING TIME!

MUM&BABY YOGA | 60min

WHAT DO YOU GET?     
This postnatal yoga class is all about moving, laughing and connecting with yourself, your baby and other mums. In small groups of max. 8 mums you can really enjoy this playful hour with your little one. Another highlight: Coffee or tea after class are included, so you can meet, sit and chat with other mums.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?  
If you are a mum with a baby from the age of 8 weeks until your little one begins to walk.

LEVEL 
All levels are welcome. No yoga experience needed
Note: For this yoga course there is only a 10-class pass available as my intention is to create a regular meetup between you mums and the little ones. Dont forget to register via timetable so I can send you all the necessary info.

 

RISE'N'SHINE!

YOGA BEFORE WORK | 60min

WHAT DO YOU GET? 
A short but effective morning yoga workout with focus on breath, body strength and deep stretching, so you can start your day centered with a big smile on your face.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU? 
If you like short, intense and effective yoga workouts before work this one is for you!

LEVEL

BACK TO BASIC!

HATHA YOGA | 60min

WHAT DO YOU GET? 
Coming back to basic, in this class we build strength and balance the energy by diving deep into the classical yoga postures at a modest pace to provide stability and clarity in oneself. In addition we will develop conscious breathing and meditation to maintain a healthy body in wholeness. You will understand the art of alignment and experience the beauty of polarity within each posture and the effect of how breathing work benefits our mind and body. Enjoy 60 minutes without expectations or goals, simply being present and releasing all the tensions from the week.

If you are new to yoga or you would like to benefit from the powerful effects of a basic hatha yoga class on body, mind and heart.
