PLAYFUL HATHA FLOW YOGA | 75min

WHAT DO YOU GET?   
This is a full spectrum hatha flow yoga class: we will practice yoga postures, breathing work and meditation. Lets move your body, ease your mind and expand the happy feeling within you.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?   
Everyone who enjoys a full spectrum and playful yoga class, often uplifted by my favorite music bits and lots of yoga, love and laughter.

LEVEL
All levels are welcome. If you are totally new to yoga, I recommend you sign up for the beginner yoga workshop or book a few yoga private classes to learn the important basics, which won’t be covered in this class. This class will usually be held in English and supported with Swiss German inputs if needed.

WHAT DO YOU GET? 
A short but effective yoga workout over lunch time with focus on breath, body strength and deep stretching. Move your body, clear your mind and find yourself centered for the rest of your office day.

LEVEL & LANGUAGE

FLOW!

BEGINNER FRIENDLY VINYASA FLOW| 75 min|

WHAT DO YOU GET? 
This class is about movement. We will flow, breathe and move. Sometimes fast and sometimes slow. It is about transitions: moving from one pose to the other. It is about the in-betweens and the journey, not so much about the poses themselves. Let your breath guide you to find ease and strength in every movement.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU? 
Everyone who enjoys a full-spectrum and fun yoga class.If you want to connect to yourself through movement and learn more about yoga on and off the mat.

LEVEL & LANGUAGE
This class is beginner friendly but all levels are welcome. This course will be held in English.

 

SLOW DOWN!

SLOW FLOW YOGA | 75miN | E/D

WHAT DO YOU GET?   
In this down-tempo class we move slow and easy! We mix gentle asana flows, yin yoga & deep relaxation techniques to wind down after an intense day at work.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?   
If you are looking to slow down and nourish yourself with a gentle yoga practice, this class is for you.

LEVEL & LANGUAGE
All levels are welcome. No yoga experience needed. This class will be usually held in English and supported with Swiss German inputs if needed.

 

RELAX!

Yin YOGA & MEDITATION | 75miN | E/D

WHAT DO YOU GET?   
This yoga class is all about deep relaxation. We hold our seated or supine yoga poses typically for 3-5 minutes and learn how to let go of any physical or mental tension. We use props for support, sometimes we incorporate massage balls for trigger point release.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?   
If you are looking to relax and nourish yourself with a gentle yoga practice, this class is for you.

LEVEL & LANGUAGE
All levels are welcome. No yoga experience needed. This class will be usually held in English and supported with Swiss German inputs if needed.

CONNECT!

PREGNANCY YOGA | 75 min

WHAT DO YOU GET?     
In this class pregnant women (from 12 weeks pregnant until birth) enjoy adapted yoga movement, breathing work and deep relaxation.

Pregnancy yoga is a really beautiful option to nourish the two of you by connecting and breathing with your unborn child. Also, it helps to release pregnancy-related aches or pains and is a great tool to prepare for labor and birth.

A wonderful side effect: You meet new mummies-to-be from the area and you may share helpful tips and ideas with each other.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?  
If you are pregnant from 12 weeks until birth you are more than welcome to join this class.

BONDING TIME!

MUM&BABY YOGA | 60min

WHAT DO YOU GET?     
This postnatal yoga class is all about moving, laughing and connecting with yourself, your baby and other mums. In small groups of max. 8 mums you can really enjoy this playful hour with your little one. Another highlight: Coffee or tea after class are included, so you can meet, sit and chat with other mums.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?  
If you are a mum with a baby from the age of 8 weeks until your little one begins to walk.

LEVEL & LANGUAGE
All levels are welcome. No yoga experience needed and this class will be held in English.

 

GET STRONG!

PILATES | 75min

WHAT DO YOU GET?     
In this pilates class you will gain expertise in a variety of pilates motion sequences. You will strengthen your core and expand your wisdom on how to keep a steady and straight body posture. Each pilates workout starts with body awareness exercises, so you may get to know the pilates principles by heart. After that we will continue to strengthen the body, find mobility and end the class with a deep relaxation.

IS THIS CLASS FOR YOU?  
This pilates class is suitable for everyone who enjoys to move. I am happy to offer adjustments to support you within your body constitution.
